Challenge
An agency's own website is the hardest thing to build well. It has to prove the same craft we sell to clients, with no client brief to hide behind.
Build
I built Website v3 from scratch: a WebGL particle field in the hero, GSAP-driven scroll storytelling, a light/dark theme toggle that recolors the whole scene, and a portfolio wall that pulls in client reels automatically from a server folder, no manual updates needed.
Result
It's the site that sells the rest of this portfolio. Everything on vayadigi.com about stack choice and animation craft is the same standard applied here first.
